ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
Become a better offensive and defensive player ! Strong emphasis on specific training for the defensemen and forward.
HIGHLIGHTS OF TRAINING: Power skating and edge control, quickness and over speed, explosive starts and stops, power turns, puck control, shooting, passing and receiving, puck protection.
Forwards skills development: Deking, quick hands, touch passing, attacking net and scoring drills, rebound drills, drop passing, screening and tips, backchecking, cycling.

Defensemen skills development: Backward skating, backward crossovers, transition skating, pivots, defending the one-on-one, two-on-one, front net coverage, gap control and angling.
Each player enrolled in the defensemen and forwards program will receive shooting and scoring development. our professional coaching staff will provide you with the teaching to allow each player to develop quickness, accuracy and speed on their shot.

Video analysis: Each student will receive personal video analysis on their skating and shooting technique by a Professional coach, a written evaluation, program certificate and a practice jersey !

Off-ice development: Dynamic stretching, plyometrics, off-ice quick hands and shooting development.

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: Small area games 2 x 2 / 3 x 3, time trails competition each Wednesday, skills competition on Friday.
